Spin, Zumba & Cardio Classes

Get the most out of your daily sweat! our virtual instructors will employ a variety of training methods, from Zumba to Spin to cardio classes, designed to get your heart rate up and improve your cardiovascular strength.
Equipment provided: spin bikes, mats

Yoga Classes

We offer Yoga classes for all levels, where we’ll cover basic poses and breathing techniques. These classes provide an opportunity to recover and replenish.
Equipment provided: yoga mats & yoga blocks

Core & Strength Classes

We offer a variety of coach-led resistance and interval training classes, designed to build strength quickly using bodyweight and equipment.
Equipment provided:
mats and dumbbells

Members Choice

Our NEW “Members Choice” option makes working out even more convenient. Now YOU can select which workout you want with 100’s of classes that include: HIIT, Spin, Strength, Yoga, Zumba, Kickboxing and Cardio; plus you have the choice of relaxation, meditation & stretching classes.
NOTE: The member who arrives first will receive first choice on a class selection - Valid only during the hours noted as "Members Choice."

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE “VAGARO” APP*
Available for both Android and iPhone at the App Store.  Open App once its downloaded and search “Blink Fitness Beverly”  Follow the easy on-screen prompts to sign up for a Vagaro Account. The Pro version of Vagaro is not needed.

STEP 2: SELECT YOUR DESIRED CLASS
You'll find an easy to view list of classes in the Class Description section of the App. Classes vary in length from 20 - 40 minutes and include all equipment. For your convenience, we limit classes to 9 members (6 for spin classes). You must be 18+ to attend classes.
