We offer Yoga classes for all levels, where we’ll cover basic poses and breathing techniques. These classes provide an opportunity to recover and replenish.

We offer a variety of coach-led resistance and interval training classes, designed to build strength quickly using bodyweight and equipment.
Equipment provided: mats and dumbbells
Our NEW “Members Choice” option makes working out even more convenient. Now YOU can select which workout you want with 100’s of classes that include: HIIT, Spin, Strength, Yoga, Zumba, Kickboxing and Cardio; plus you have the choice of relaxation, meditation & stretching classes.
NOTE: The member who arrives first will receive first choice on a class selection - Valid only during the hours noted as "Members Choice."

STEP 2: SELECT YOUR DESIRED CLASS
You'll find an easy to view list of classes in the Class Description section of the App. Classes vary in length from 20 - 40 minutes and include all equipment. For your convenience, we limit classes to 9 members (6 for spin classes). You must be 18+ to attend classes.
